Return + Exchange Policies

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me before shipping anything back, to ensure it fits the necessary conditions for return or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY

Items eligible for exchange must be unused, and in their original condition. All in-stock items may be returned or exchanged up to 21 days after the original delivery date.

If you are requesting assistance with a damaged order, I may ask for photos of the condition of the package upon arrival, and photos of any damage to the item itself. These are often required to make an insurance claim to recoup costs.

Due to the nature of the work, customized, bespoke built, or personalized items are not eligible for return.

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged upon receipt, or if the error is on my end. A trackable shipping service must be used to ensure the safe return of the item. This is to protect both parties in the event the item is lost in the mail.

You can always contact us for any return questions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Shipping Policies

At this time, all orders are shipped via UPS.

Shipping rates are free for the contiguous 48 states.

All in-stock items ship within 2-4 business days. Shipping timeframes for bespoke and custom items will be discussed at the time of inquiry or will be already stated in the description, and will depend on production time.

The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, and/or import taxes that may apply. Please also consider the possibility of delays due to customs, especially around the holidays.

Please note that I am not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once delivered. Please ensure you have your order sent to a safe, secure location where it will not be stolen.
